Cloudflare processes IP addresses, request times and URLs, browser/device headers and security data to deliver and protect this website. Our legitimate interest is secure, reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These technical data are necessary to serve the website.

We do not keep our own website access logs.

Contact enquiries

We process the details you provide by email or telephone, such as your name, email address or phone number, enquiry content and any email attachments, to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for your contractual or pre-contractual requests; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Legally required record-keeping is based on Art. 6(1)(c).

Contact is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details or handle a request without the information needed for it.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. and its infrastructure subprocessors provide website delivery, DNS/domain services and Email Routing for advanced-customer.care. Cloudflare processes website request data and the routing, delivery and security data needed to forward incoming messages. Emails sent to addresses such as hello@advanced-customer.care and privacy@advanced-customer.care are forwarded to a private Microsoft @live.de mailbox used by the controller. Microsoft processes the forwarded correspondence and related service/security data under its privacy terms. Telephone communication also involves telecommunications service providers.

Cloudflare and Microsoft may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Cloudflare provides for covered US transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Microsoft states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered US transfers and uses Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards where required. Retention

Enquiry data is deleted once the matter is resolved, unless needed to perform a contract, meet a legal retention duty or establish, exercise or defend claims. In those cases, retention ends when the relevant duty, limitation period or dispute ends.

Cloudflare and Microsoft may retain separate operational, routing, delivery and security data for as long as necessary to provide and secure their services and meet applicable legal obligations. The applicable period depends on the service, account settings and record type. See the retention criteria in the Cloudflare and Microsoft privacy notices.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability using the data-protection email above.

Right to object. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You may complain to the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or to a supervisory authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
